About Us

Dr. Farella founded A Brighter Tomorrow Pediatrics in 2004.  Her goal from the outset has been to provide the best possible, personal care for every child who enters the practice.  The office is designed with children in mind, from the kid-friendly waiting room to the playfully-themed exam rooms.  There is a separate well baby/nursing mother waiting area for infants nine months of age and younger.  Dr. Farella and her staff are dedicated to serving you and your children.  She refers to A Brighter Tomorrow Pediatrics as a “boutique” practice, a specialty practice with one thing in mind, caring for your kids from cradle to college.

"My family loves Dr. Farella and her staff at Brighter Tomorrow Pediatrics. We started going to Brighter Tomorrow Pediatrics after having already seen a number of other doctors and not getting any answers to our medical issues. Being a mom, I knew that there was something wrong with my child, but everyone seemed to ignore my concerns. Dr. Farella was quick to recognize that what I described to her was not normal symptoms for my child. She took the time and listened to what I had to say and was very thorough in her examination, resulting in the correct diagnosis for my child. Brighter Tomorrow Pediatrics treats and cares for my children as if they were their own. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to have that personal touch, instead of being treated as an insurance number being processed through the system. In my mind, I can offer no higher a recommendation." ~ Gwenda LaCroix
